IQPets Terms of Service

These draft terms describe the app experience, subscription expectations, and responsible-use boundaries for IQPets. Replace this text with your final legal terms before public launch.

Educational product

IQPets provides structured pet training guidance, progress tracking, and educational care information. It does not replace veterinary diagnosis, emergency care, or professional in-person behavior support when those are needed.

Account use

Users are responsible for keeping their account credentials secure and for making sure pet profile information is accurate enough for recommendations to remain useful and ethical.

Subscriptions and premium access

Premium features may include additional pets, advanced insights, special lessons, and duo training. Web billing currently routes through Stripe. Native mobile releases should only enable premium purchase flows after App Store and Google Play in-app purchase products are configured and tested.

Responsible content use

Training recommendations are guidance only. Individual animals vary, some exercises may be unsuitable for a given age or health condition, and owners should always prioritize safety, humane handling, and professional veterinary advice where appropriate.

Changes and support

IQPets may update features, content, and rewards over time. Material release policies, support channels, and data-handling details should be finalized in the release documentation that accompanies the store submission.
